“Corporate Governance” is the award category that is intensively assessed by the Organizing Committee on the implementation of corporate governance of listed companies, to improve the quality of governance in the direction of increasing compliance, improving the application of good practices, thereby aiming to improve the investment environment, and increase investor satisfaction with the Vietnamese stock market. The thirdparty was invited to independently conduct a preliminary assessment of corporate governance content and then reviewed it by four leading auditing firms to ensure its objectivity, independence, and depth.
