Conquering the sunlit coastal route – RongViet Runners 2025

One of the most memorable highlights of this year’s Team Building journey was RongViet Runners 2025, held along Quy Nhon’s scenic coastal route on the morning of 17 May 2025. More than just a sporting event, the race symbolized the perseverance, determination, and relentless forward momentum of every RongViet member.

RongViet Runners Offline 2025 attracted 268 runners from 20 teams, who collectively completed more than 1,570 kilometers. Surrounded by the fresh sea breeze of Quy Nhon, the tireless strides of the “RongViet Runners” painted a vibrant picture of energy and determination. The final results were measured not only by the kilometers completed but also by the smiles, encouragement, sportsmanship, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle demonstrated throughout the event.

Gala Dinner 2025 – Tradition in harmony with aspirations for the future

Continuing the program, Gala Dinner 2025, held on the evening of the same day, opened with an emotional performance that uniquely combined Tay Son battle drums and Binh Dinh traditional martial arts, recreating part of the spirit of the land known as the “Land of Martial Arts and Literature.” The powerful rhythms not only energized the stage but also symbolized the solid foundation that RongViet has built over the years—a foundation of resilience, courage, and continuous progress.

Following this stirring opening, a vibrant new arrangement of RongViet’s traditional song “Bay lên Khát vọng” was performed, reflecting the spirit of innovation and the ambition to break through new limits. The energetic melody and modern performance illuminated the entire evening. From tradition to aspiration, every element came together to create an inspiring opening act.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared heartfelt words and expressed his confidence and expectations for the RongViet team on the journey ahead: “In the warm and energetic atmosphere of tonight’s Gala, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all RongViet members for your contributions throughout our nearly 19-year journey.

The theme ‘Solid Foundation – Prosperous Future’ serves as the guiding message for RongViet in 2025—a year that promises many opportunities while also presenting significant challenges amid ongoing economic uncertainties. RongViet’s position today is not the result of luck, but of perseverance through difficult market periods, the tireless efforts of every individual, and the unity of a team that has always stood together. These are the qualities that define the strength of the RongViet people.

I hope this trip will inspire each member with renewed motivation, resilience, and positive energy so that we can continue striving toward our business and development goals in 2025. Let us continue writing the journey of ‘Creating a Prosperous Future’ with confidence and determination.” 

The stage came alive with five emotional performances

The atmosphere of Gala Dinner truly reached its peak as five RongViet performance teams took turns presenting carefully prepared, impressive, and highly creative acts. From energetic choreography and meaningful lyrics to thoughtfully crafted storylines, each performance vividly reflected the spirit of unity, teamwork, and the remarkable talents of the RongViet people.

The Team Building 2025 – “Solid Foundation – Prosperous Future” program in the beautiful coastal city of Quy Nhon officially came to a close, leaving all participants with memorable and meaningful experiences. The activities throughout the program undoubtedly served as a strong bond, helping the RongViet family become even more united and resilient as it continues the journey of “Creating a Prosperous Future.”
