Team Building is one of RongViet’s key annual programs, organized with the objective of enhancing and reinforcing the spirit of unity across the organization. Through the theme “Releasing Inner Strengths – Achieving Higher Standing,” the organizing committee sought to encourage all RongViet members to unite, work together, and strive to unlock their full potential by harnessing the strengths of each individual, each business unit, and the Company as a whole, thereby creating a powerful collective force for RongViet.

A remarkable and one-of-a-kind RongViet Runners Offline Race

Building on the success of the previous year’s Team Building program, the RongViet Runners Offline Race once again received enthusiastic participation from employees across the Company. Although participants had to wake up early to start the race, their determination remained stronger than ever. On the contrary, RongViet’s “warriors” were filled with energy and enthusiasm as they took on the challenge of completing the route around the Imperial Citadel of Hue.

This year’s race attracted 255 runners from 28 teams, competing in both the Individual and Team categories. After nearly two hours of competition, the runners demonstrated tremendous effort and determination, collectively completing more than 1,500 kilometers. The race not only showcased the strong sporting spirit at RongViet but also served as a testament to the strength, resilience, and determination of every participant.

 

Gala Dinner 2024 opens with the spectacular “Superheroes” performance

Inspired by the concept of superheroes, this year’s opening act brought a fresh and exciting experience to all RongViet members. Alongside familiar superheroes from the big screen, the remarkable appearance of hiDragon added even more excitement and energy to the Gala atmosphere.

As a “superhero,” hiDragon not only demonstrated extraordinary strength but also conveyed a meaningful message: every RongViet member has the potential to become a hero and accomplish things that may seem impossible. Therefore, never hesitate to face difficulties and overcome challenges. Most importantly, continue to release the inner strengths within yourself to become a better version of who you are, contributing to achieving higher standing for RongViet in Vietnam’s financial market and supporting the Company’s increasingly sustainable development.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared heartfelt words of encouragement: “This may be the only occasion each year when all RongViet members have the opportunity to gather together in full. The Management Board hopes that the activities before, during, and after the Team Building program will truly serve as opportunities for members to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen their relationships. Through this, we can further develop the strengths of each individual and business unit, ultimately creating a stronger collective force for RongViet.

This year marks RongViet’s 18th anniversary, a milestone symbolizing maturity. Just like a person reaching the age of 18, we stand at a threshold filled with dreams, ambitions, and aspirations. What matters most is how we align the dreams and ambitions of every member with RongViet’s aspirations for growth and development.”

He further shared: “I hope that the positive energy generated throughout Team Building 2024 will continue to spread into our daily work, allowing us to maximize our inner strengths and contribute to a highly successful year that exceeds expectations. More importantly, I hope it will create momentum for RongViet’s strong, effective, and sustainable growth in the years ahead.”

Six outstanding performances light up Gala Dinner 2024

The weather in Hue may have been hot, but it could hardly compare to the excitement and energy of RongViet’s Gala Dinner 2024. The six performance teams delivered spectacular and meticulously prepared acts that captivated the audience and received tremendous support from fellow RongViet members.

Each performance was highly praised by the judging panel for its excellence, creativity, and entertainment value. As a result, selecting the final winners was no easy task. Ultimately, the award structure was unexpectedly adjusted at the last minute to recognize the outstanding quality of the performances, as well as the effort, creativity, teamwork, and unity demonstrated by all participating teams.

Team Building 2024, under the theme “Releasing Inner Strengths – Achieving Higher Standing,” in the poetic city of Hue officially came to a close, leaving every participant with meaningful and memorable experiences.

The activities throughout the program undoubtedly served as a powerful bond, helping the RongViet family become more united and stronger as it continues the journey of “Creating a Prosperous Future.”
