Team Building is one of RongViet’s annual activities, providing an opportunity for all members to meet, share experiences, and connect with one another. Through these interactions, employees strengthen their bonds, deepen mutual understanding in the workplace, and further enrich the positive cultural values that define RongViet. With the theme “Advancing with Solid Pace,” this year’s Team Building program once again emphasized the steadfast spirit of RongViet employees—remaining resilient in every action and determined to overcome challenges through willpower and collective unity.

With the RongViet Runners Offline Race serving as the main team activity, this year’s program delivered a completely new experience for RongViet employees. Nearly 300 runners competed in both the Individual and Team categories. Although the course was quite challenging and the weather conditions in Phan Thiet were demanding, these obstacles did not slow down RongViet’s runners.

Amid an energetic and enthusiastic sporting atmosphere, the runners gave their utmost effort over two hours of competition to complete the race, push beyond their limits, and achieve impressive results. RongViet Runners not only showcased teamwork and healthy competition but also encouraged employees to improve their physical fitness and well-being, strengthening their determination and perseverance in pursuing work-related goals.

The “signature highlight” of Gala Dinner Night

One of RongViet’s signature highlights at every Gala Dinner is its impressive cultural performances. The evening opened with the Opening Performance carrying the message “The Journey of Change,” which reflected the transformations that had taken place—and will continue to take place—in the work and lives of RongViet employees.

The performance also conveyed a meaningful message: “Every member should embrace change and step out of their comfort zone to become a better version of themselves. In doing so, they can help RongViet ‘Fly Toward Aspirations’ and conquer new heights.”

Attending Team Building 2023, Mr. Nguyen Mien Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared heartfelt remarks: “I hope that the spirit fostered through the RongViet Sports Festival and this year’s Team Building program will continue to be reflected in your daily work. Let us maintain our unity, strengthen our bonds, and work together to overcome challenges in pursuit of success.

The excitement of the Gala Dinner continued with six spectacular performances, carefully prepared by six participating teams. These performances highlighted the creativity and talents of RongViet employees, demonstrating their deep understanding of professional expertise, corporate culture, and their ability to quickly embrace emerging trends.

The Gala Dinner also provided an opportunity for artistic talents within the Company to shine, creating an inspiring and memorable atmosphere for all employees. Following the impressive performances, employees enjoyed emotional video highlights capturing memorable moments from the afternoon team activities and race event. The Organizing Committee also presented awards to outstanding runners who achieved remarkable results in the competition.

The “Advancing with Solid Pace” Team Building Program brought not only meaningful and enjoyable experiences to RongViet employees but also strengthened the bonds within the entire RongViet family. It is hoped that the positive values and inspiration generated by this year’s program will continue to spread throughout the workplace, contributing to employee motivation and supporting RongViet’s continued success.
