Based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2022 No. 01/2023/NQ-DHDCD dated April 06th, 2023 of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation, we would like to announce the change in personnel of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation as follows:
1. Dismissed Mrs. Pham My Linh from member of the Board of Directors term 2022 - 2026 based on the Letter of resignation letter of Mrs. Pham My Linh on March 13th, 2023.
