According to the official letter No. 131 / SGDHCM-TV and 133 / SGDHCM-TV of the Hochiminh City Stock Exchange, the technical solution to the transaction system issue and the suspension of the transaction on January 23, 2018 as follows:

1. Suspending the transaction from the periodic order matching session to determine closing price on January 22nd, 2018
2. The closing price of the securities on January 22nd, 2018 will be the last matching price of the day.
3. With the approval of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Hochiminh City Stock Exchange will suspend trading on January 23rd, 2018.
4. Hochiminh City Stock Exchange is actively tackling the problem and will announce the re-opening time at the earliest.
