RongViet announces The Adjustment on Derivative Securities Transaction Regulation

VDSC would like to inform of The adjustment of derivatives trading regulation, as follows:
1. Regulation on Initial Margin rate for Futures VN30 Index:
Initial Margin rate: 17%
2. Regulation on Underlying Asset Monitoring rate:

1 | Underlying Asset rate | AR < 75% | 75% ≤ AR < 85% | AR ≥ 85% |
2 | Action | Safety Ratio | Clients make additional deposits | VDSC forces closing position(s) to ensure maintenance rate |
This regulation does not change comparing to the previous one.
Effective Date: Valid from 15 December 2022.
