To enhance service quality, RongViet Securities has launched the Online Information Update feature on iDragon, allowing Clients to manage their informations easily anytime, anywhere.

Clients can easily submit requests to change information online across all iDragon platforms (Website/Tablet/Mobile) for four main categories:
- Default Account: Change default accounts for Order Placement, Cash Transactions, and Fund Transfers.
- Personal Information: Update tax identification numbers, addresses, and emails.
- Registered Service Information: Track the status of registered services.
- Banking Information: Change or add bank accounts for fund receipt.
