Scenes from the Vietnam M&A Forum 2022

Having participated in the Vietnam M&A Forum 2022, RongViet highly appreciates the programme's content, which offered valuable insights shared and discussed by experts. RongViet sees this as a valuable source of information for reference and guidance in its future M&A activities. Through the Forum, RongViet also had the opportunity to meet, exchange ideas with, and connect with numerous leading experts in the field of M&A, as well as ‘insiders’ from top deals and advisory firms during the 2021-2022 period. This facilitated the sharing of experiences in fundraising and M&A activities in the Vietnam market.

While there has been a general slowdown in the global M&A market, and a similar trend in Vietnam, economic experts have pointed out various factors indicating that the Vietnam M&A market will soon become active again. This resurgence is expected to be driven by macroeconomic stability and positive growth prospects that are still being forecasted.

In light of this situation, the RongViet team is committed to maintaining a proactive stance in exploring new M&A opportunities, staying agile in seizing the right timing, as well as implementing flexible and fitting solutions to adapt to changes in the economic environment. This approach aims to not only boost the effectiveness of the Investment Banking services, but also contribute to the development of the business community and the overall success of the Vietnam M&A market in 2023.
