The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award for this year honoured companies that have continuously dedicated themselves to employee satisfaction, welfare, and development. Previously, through the "Total Engagement Assessment Model" (T.E.A.M) evaluation model, the organisers conducted surveys of nearly 50,000 employees from 642 companies. As one of the 122 outstanding workplaces honoured this year, RongViet achieved excellent results in three evaluation criteria: Core – collective organisation for real engagement; Self – employee’s individual engagement; Group - team spirit.
