The “Corporate Governance” category is conducted by the Organising Committee with the in-depth assessment of the implementation of corporate governance of listed companies, in order to improve the quality of management in the direction of increasing the level of compliance, applying good practices, thereby aiming for the further goal of improving the investment environment and increasing investor satisfaction with the Vietnamese stock market. A third party is invited to independently evaluate the corporate governance content and review by 4 leading auditing companies to ensure objectivity, independence and depth.
