The project was carried out under the principles of “Scientific – Neutral – Non-commercial – Continuously Improving”, aiming to assess the quality and effectiveness of retail brokerage services provided by securities companies operating in Vietnam. The initiative seeks to encourage market participants to continuously improve service quality and better meet the trading needs of individual investors.

Based on survey data collected from 70 securities companies operating in the market, the Organizing Committee and Ranking Council conducted multiple rounds of data verification, company confirmations, re-assessments, and internal audits to identify and rank the 35 firms providing the best retail brokerage services.

According to the results announced at the Forum, RongViet Securities was honored to be ranked among the Top 10 Best Retail Brokers in Vietnam’s stock market.

According to the Organizing Committee, the ranking methodology placed appropriate emphasis on features that directly address investor needs, including eKYC, eContract, conditional orders, account statements, 24/7 deposits and withdrawals, platform integration, model portfolios, trading fees, margin lending rates, effective use of technology to support investors, investor education and training, as well as the provision of market information and data.
