Now, Clients can proactively lock their iDragon account login upon detecting any unusual signs, such as suspected fraud or information leakage. This marks a significant movement in RongViet’s security strategy, empowering investors with greater control over their accounts and assets.

What is an Online Login Lock?

This feature allows clients to deactivate login rights to RongViet's online trading system with just a few simple steps. When the Online Login Lock is activated:

• Cancellable buy/sell orders will be automatically cancelled.
• Other previously requested transactions will continue to be processed according to the current procedures. 
• Account holders can still trade at the Transaction Counter or via the Call Center +8428 62992020.

How to unlock the login?

When you are in need, please visit the Transaction Counter or contact the Call Center via +8428 62992020.

With the Online Login Lock feature, RongViet is committed to continuing to accompany, protect, and deliver the most secure  transaction experience to our valued clients.

Since the system has not yet supported automatic updates, iOS Clients need to update iDragon to the LATEST VERSION to use this feature.
