Under the theme “Enhancing Inner Strengths – Enforcing Solid Standing”, the 2025 Annual Report clearly reflects the journey of strengthening internal foundations and enhancing competitiveness, reaffirming RongViet’s credibility and position in the Vietnamese stock market. The report covers key contents including the Chairman’s Message, operational highlights, corporate overview, business performance, the Board of Management’s report, the Board of Directors’ assessment, corporate governance, sustainable development, and audited consolidated financial statements.

In parallel with business activities aimed at improving customer experience and enhancing shareholder value, RongViet continues to maintain and strengthen its corporate governance and sustainable development foundations, improve its risk management and internal control systems, while fostering corporate culture and organizing community and social initiatives.

Based on the assessment of stock market prospects as well as the potential of the Vietnamese economy in the new phase, RongViet will continue to focus on key strategic directions, including strengthening financial capacity, expanding the products and services ecosystem, and accelerating technology adoption and digital transformation. The 2025 Annual Report of RongViet is professionally and systematically developed in both content and presentation, clearly demonstrating its commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with regional and international corporate governance standards and practices. Notably, RongViet continues to concurrently publish the Annual Report in both Vietnamese and English versions, reaffirming its commitment to compliance with disclosure regulations, enhancing investor relations quality, and strengthening market transparency.

Similar to last year, following the 2025 Annual Report, RongViet will continue to publish a separate Sustainability Report. This reflects the Company’s proactive approach in aligning with ESG standards in line with domestic and international practices, in accordance with the characteristics of the financial services industry.

RongViet’s efforts in enhancing information disclosure quality and sustainable development have been recognized through prestigious awards. The Company was consecutively ranked among the Top 10 Best Annual Reports (Financial Group) in the 2023 and 2024 Vietnam Listed Company Awards (VLCA).

In 2025, RongViet made a strong mark as the only securities company to achieve multiple recognitions at VLCA, including Top 10 Best Corporate Governance (Mid-cap Group) and the Outstanding Progress Award for the Sustainability Report (Financial Group).
