RongViet named among "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" for the second consecutive year

At the HR Asia Awards ceremony on August 3, 2023, RongViet Securities was honoured for the second time as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 - Vietnam." With this achievement, RongViet has become the only securities company to be awarded this prestigious title for two consecutive years from HR Asia Magazine.

The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award for this year honoured companies that have continuously dedicated themselves to employee satisfaction, welfare, and development. These companies have also made efforts to create an ideal working environment that actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.

Previously, through the "Total Engagement Assessment Model" (T.E.A.M) evaluation model, the organisers conducted surveys of nearly 50,000 employees from 642 companies. As one of the 122 outstanding workplaces honoured this year, RongViet achieved excellent results in three evaluation criteria: Core – collective organisation for real engagement; Self – employee’s individual engagement; Group - team spirit.
