On August 14, 2025, RongViet Securities (VDSC) was once again named among the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” at the HR Asia Awards. This marks the fourth consecutive year RongViet has received this prestigious international recognition for its people strategy, culture, and workplace environment.

The most award-winning securities company at the HR Asia Awards

The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award is an annual recognition organized by HR Asia Magazine across 15 countries and territories. In 2025, under the theme “Multi-Generation Synergy,” the HR Asia Awards once again honored pioneering companies that have successfully built multi-generational workplaces where cohesion and harmony among generations are prioritized. The award not only recognizes efforts to enhance the employee experience but also highlights the importance of employees’ voices – a core factor in shaping a sustainable corporate culture.

Participating companies undergo a rigorous international-standard evaluation process, including independent research on reputation and workplace environment, surveys based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M), and direct interviews between company leadership and HR Asia’s panel of experts.

Surpassing 655 enterprises in the survey, RongViet was among 119 organizations honored this year. To achieve the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” 2025 award, RongViet met the organizers’ stringent criteria with survey results significantly exceeding the market average.

Notably, this marks the fourth consecutive year RongViet has received this recognition and also establishes the company as the most-awarded securities firm at the HR Asia Awards since the accolade was first introduced in Vietnam in 2018.

Diversity fuels learning and innovation

RongViet believes that workforce diversity is the foundation of creativity and a driving force for innovation – qualities that are especially critical for any enterprise to overcome challenges and embrace opportunities in Vietnam’s dynamic securities market.

At RongViet, diversity extends beyond age to encompass mindset, skills, expertise, and professional knowledge. The company places strong emphasis on recruiting, training, and empowering young talent under the age of 30, who currently account for 40% of the workforce. Meanwhile, employees aged 30–40, representing 35% of staff, form the backbone of the organization with solid expertise and managerial capabilities, taking on key responsibilities across business operations. The remaining 25% are professionals over 40 years old, bringing extensive experience in finance and investment, and entrusted with senior management positions.

In addition, RongViet maintains a balanced and equitable gender structure, with male and female employees represented nearly equally at 50-50. By leveraging the strengths of a multi-generational, gender-balanced, and well-structured workforce, RongViet aims to foster a culture that embraces diverse perspectives, encourages continuous learning and knowledge-sharing, and contributes unique, innovative ideas to the company’s sustainable growth.

Committed to Putting People at the Core

RongViet recognizes that people are the key factor determining the sustainable growth of any enterprise operating in the financial and securities sector. Accordingly, in its human resources development strategy, the company has consistently invested in recruitment and training, with the goal of building a highly skilled workforce that is eager to learn and continuously acquire new knowledge.

In the first half of 2025, RongViet organized 115 training programs covering a wide range of topics – from professional expertise and technical skills to leadership development and the application of new technologies. Notably, many of these programs were delivered by RongViet employees themselves, fostering a culture of proactive learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization.

Beyond workforce development, RongViet is also committed to creating a workplace that offers competitive benefits, transparency, and clear career advancement pathways. The company ensures fair compensation and welfare policies, while also supporting the material and spiritual well-being of its employees. The leadership believes that when employees feel secure and fulfilled, they are empowered to dedicate themselves fully, stay engaged for the long term, and contribute to the company’s growth.

In addition to standard benefits such as salary, bonuses, insurance, and team-building activities, RongViet also grants shares to employees through its annual ESOP program, while allocating part of its post-tax profit to the reward and welfare fund to promptly recognize contributions and retain top talent.
