Collateral Asset Management
This service is a mutual collaboration among VDSC, the customer, and a third party in order to secure asset(s) for loans or other purposes defined by the customer by earmarking the outstanding securities / cash balance under the trading account of the customer.
Customers who have securities trading accounts at VDSC, wishing to use the third-party services.
- Fees: Customers are offered the most professional asset management solutions, with public listed pricing on VDSC official website.
- Procedure: VDSC will perform the securities blockage / supervision service on the Customer's cash account through the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation or at VDSC to ensure the interests and obligations of the related parties.
- To fulfill all demands agreed by the customer and the third party.
- To ensure a fast and convenient procedure.
