To update ID card information, please follow one of the two options below:
- Option 1: Please visit one of our branches, bring both old and new IDs and Proof of change issued by the Police (if any) to change the related information. Details of our branches are available here

Currently, our online system does not support changing information online. To update your bank account details, please follow one of these two options:
