To update ID card information, please follow one of the three options below: 

  • Option 1: Please visit one of our branches, bring both old and new IDs and Proof of change issued by the Police (if any) to change the related information. Details of our branches are available here
  • Option 2: Please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
  • Option 3: If you have registered for online transaction services, please log in to the iDragon App -> go to the "Update ID" section to update. Update instructions are available here.

Currently, our online system does not support changing information online. To update your bank account details, please follow one of these two options:
- Option 1: Please visit one of our branches and bring your valid ID card. Details of our branch office are available here.
- Option 2: Please contact your Account Manager for assistance. 

- Step 1: Please contact VDSC to get the Authorization Contract form (a sample for reference).
- Step 2: Account owner and authorized person bring ID card + 01 copy of Securities account opening contract + Authorization Contract (reference form)  to the Notary office to proceed with authorization.
- Step 3: Account owner brings ID card + notarized authorization contract + 01 photo of ID card of authorized person to one of VDSC branches to proceed.
