VDSC discloses the Decision on sanctioning administrative violations of Khanh Hoa Tax Department
On November 14th, 2023, Viet Dragon Securities Corporation received Decision No. 4897/QD-CTKHH of Khanh Hoa Tax Department on sanctioning administrative violations against Viet Dragon Securities Corporation – Nha Trang Branch ("Nha Trang Branch") due to:
- Violation: submit the VAT declaration dossier after stipulated time limit.
- Reason: Due to system error in the tax declaration process, the submission of VAT declaration form was not successful. After that, Nha Trang Branch has adjusted and supplemented the tax declaration resulting in late submission of the tax declaration dossier within the time limit (over 07 days).
- Fine for administrative violations: 3,500,000 VND.
