VDSC does not collect any fee for depositing/ transferring money to a securities account.
The transfer fee is subject to the fee schedule of the depositing/ transferring bank. 

To transfer the money from a securities account to a bank account, please follow 1 of the 3 options below:

• Option 1: Please bring your valid ID card to one of our branches to make a request for the transfer.
  Detail of our branches is available here. 
  Transferring limit: Not required.
  Working hours: Morning: 8:00 am - 11:30 am, Afternoon: 01:00 pm - before 4:30 pm on workdays. 
• Option 2: If you have registered for online trading and transferring services, please log in to the iDragon app -> “Transactions” -> “Cash Transfer” -> “To bank account”.
  Transferring limit: Not required.
  Working hours: Before 4:30 pm on workdays. Off-working-hour transactions will be processed on the next working day. 
• Option 3: If you have registered for the callDragon trading service and online transactions, please use your registered number to contact us at our Hotline (028) 6299 2020 to request a transfer into your registered bank account.  
  Transfer limit: VND 1 billion/day.
  Working hours: Morning (8:00 am - 11:30 am) and Afternoon (01:00 pm - 04:30 pm) on workdays.

The default value unit in the VDSC system is VND 1,000.
Therefore, if you want to transfer VND 50,000,000, please input 50,000 in our system.

For transfers of less than 500 million VND: VDSC makes 24/7 fast transfers, therefore Client will receive the money immediately if the receiving bank is in the Napas system.
For transfers of 500 million VND or more, or receiving banks not in the Napas system:
- Requests made before 3:15 pm: Client can receive the money within 2 hours.
- Requests made after 3:15 pm: Depending on interbank payment time.

Withdraw at the counters: Free of charge.
Transfer from a securities account to a bank account via the callDragon operator/ at the counters: According to applicable fees of transferring bank.
Transfer from securities account to bank account via the iDragon system: Free of charge.
(This fee schedule may be subject to change according to VDSC’s announcements from time to time).

Note:
-  Data on transactions of the current day will be updated after system settlement at the end of the day.
-  Please choose the minimum duration of 3 months for each search. For example: if you want to look up transaction history from April 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021 please divide the search into 2 periods:

• From April 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021; and
• From July 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021.

Please bring your ID card and original shareholder books/ share certificates directly to VDSC for securities depository procedure or contact your Account Mananger for support.
Attention:
- The ID card must be within 15 years of validity.
- If you have already had an account at VDSC and recently changed your ID number, please present both old and new ID cards, or Confirmation letter of the change of ID number issued by the Police, so that we can update your account information.

VDSC does not collect any fee for depository procedure.
However, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance, when depositing, Clients will have to pay a depository fee for Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) to ensure securities ownership of your account at the securities company.

The normal processing time to complete the securities depository procedure to your account is 02-03 working days, from the day VDSC receives your complete and valid documents (not including the time needed for adjustment, if required).

For stocks on HSX, HNX and UPCOM, Clients can take the initiative to sell odd lots according to the odd lot price board. The process for placing an order is similar to that of an even lot, and the payment duration is T+1.5 as usual.

Currently, HNX does not support data for odd lot price board on UPCOM, so there is no odd lot price board available for UPCOM. 

Please log in to the iDragon app and go to "Transaction" -> "Entitlement" -> "Rights Query" -> "Search."

Attention: Please choose the minimum duration of 3 months for each search. For example: if you want to look up transaction history from April 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021, please divide the search into 2 periods:

• From April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021; and
• From July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

During the duration allowed for registration and payment, you can exercise your buying rights to additional issued with the following options:

• Option 1: Please visit one of our branches and bring your valid ID card. Details of our branches are available here. 
• Option 2: If you have registered for transaction service on the callDragon, please use the number registered on our system to contact our Hotline (028) 6299 2020 to proceed with buying request.
  
• Option 3: Deposit the exact amount of money to your VDSC’s securities account, with description <Name> <Account Number> <Amount of share and ticket buying>

• Option 4: Please log-in to the iDragon app -> Choose “Transactions”-> “Entitlement” -> Enter amount and stock ticket -> Choose “Confirm”.

After the finalizing date, the issuing organization will submit the documents for the depository of additional issued shares to VSD. Afterwards, the issuing organization will register with Stock Exchanges to allow the shares to be traded.
The typical processing time for bonus shares/ dividends paid in new shares to arrive in the Client’s account is 1-2 months from the date of finalizing.
